We both became certified as Social Emotional Learning and Wellness Specialists and recognized how the environment has such a huge impact on wellness and mental health.

The mental health of our students was at stake. We knew it was crucial to change our classroom environment if we were going to be able to create a sense of calm and wellness.

The change was remarkable!

We were astonished by the significant impact it made on each of our students and parents. The environment was no longer just a classroom, but a community full of happy individuals, each bringing their true self, and having the confidence to express who they are.

We knew this mindful wellness had to be implemented outside of the classroom and into everyday environments.

Imagine the change it would have in each of us if we lived in this type of environment?

We took the initiative and creativity to created and send a mindful wellness care package to our own children, friends and family and the results were just as impactful. We realized that the environment can help you thrive.  We knew we had to share this with the world!

Once again, we recognized that it is crucial to create a positive environment by decorating your surroundings. Having decor that inspires and triggers mindfulness is essential to well being.
